BOELS Rental Expands Fleet with £65 Million Order from JCB

New Delhi, 15 Feb 2025 (TRT Staff) – Netherlands-based BOELS Rental has placed its largest-ever order for new machinery, committing £65 million (€78 million) to JCB. This massive order includes over 700 machines, ranging from tracked and wheeled excavators, wheeled loading shovels, load-all telescopic handlers, rotating telescopic handlers, electric scissor lifts, to electric site dumpers.

Claudio Fiorentini, JCB’s Managing Director of Global Major Accounts, expressed his delight, stating, “We are delighted to secure this major order from one of Europe’s leading plant and tool hire companies, particularly as the deal represents one of the biggest in JCB’s history for excavators and wheeled loaders.”

Guy Cremer, Chief Procurement Officer at BOELS Group, highlighted the importance of the investment, saying, “”BOELS Rental is one of Europe’s leading rental companies and our annual growth is driven by investing in the best machines available. JCB’s range is tailored exactly to the needs of the rental sector which makes them our machine of choice. The high standard of service back up we receive across Europe was also key to our purchasing decision.”

This landmark deal also marks a major milestone for JCB, with more than 3,000 machines now supplied to BOELS Rental since their first transaction in 2012. The order includes a substantial number of the newly launched 145XR X Series tracked excavators, which will soon be introduced to BOELS’ fleet.

JCB confirmed that the machines will be delivered in the coming months, and the deal is expected to bolster BOELS’ presence in the contractor sector, particularly in Central Europe, with a strong focus on Germany.
