Equipment Rental Case studies are interesting stories to tell and important tools of learning
Case Studies play significant role in developing greater understanding of any subject and project and helps to generate new ideas and innovative methods. For an #equipmentrental industry, case studies has two major advantages –
- It is an important way of illustrating your success, approach, work, and competence.
- As case studies are relatively easy to understand and give a practical approach to learning, so training the team with the help of case studies ensures active participation and develops their skills in client servicing and crisis management.
Sanghvi Movers Limited (SML) understands significance of case studies and has displayed them on its website.
The company says, “at time, there are complex situations, unforeseen challenges where highlighting and extracting practical principles and methods for accelerating progress is an innovation. We pin up our disappointments, carry the learnings, change the perspective and march forward. Each lift is different from another, sometimes there is more than one challenge. When a crane is in the hands of a qualified team, detailed planning and fantastic administration mean no disappointment.”
SML has also shared a case study of tandem lift operation of two down comer ducts using LR1750 (SLDB Configuration) to reach the elevation height of 44mtr in a Steel plant at Angul. The down comer ducts were weighing 250 and 100MT respectively. The workspace was very confined for the crane to lift the load in the service radius. Therefore, the team of experts reeved 100MT load from an identified point for safer and faster erection, so that it could be taken to the furnace conveniently. Result – the down comer ducts were successfully installed within the stipulated timeframe.
In wind energy sector where the company is a leader in erecting wind turbines in India, Sanghvi Movers has shared a case study where CC 3800-1 [132+12] SDB with 250MT super lift counterweight erected a windmill tower at 127m hub height & 100t nacelle weight in the Jagaluru (Karnataka) region recently.
It says, “In spite of our achievements and experience, weather monitoring and forecasting have always come up as a challenge.”
Most importantly, it is said, case studies are interesting stories. They tell the story of how your product or service helped a client to achieve its goals. So, tell your case studies.
