AGGCON appoints Dr Bhupendra Kaushal as CHRO

New Delhi, August 10, 2026; AGGCON, one of India’s leading rental company, has appointed of Dr Bhupendra Kaushal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

An Indian Air Force veteran and a Doctorate in Management, Dr. Kaushal brings over 30 years of distinguished experience leading Human Resources across diverse industries, including Infrastructure, FMCG, Automotive, Tyre, Aviation, Office Automation, and Paper.

“His extensive expertise in building high-performing teams, driving organizational transformation, and fostering a people-first culture will play a pivotal role in strengthening AGGCON’s growth journey”, said the company.

Dr. Kaushal was warmly welcomed to the AGGCON office by Mr. Sachin Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Apurva Gupta, Vice President – Operations, along with other members of the AGGCON team.
